If you are in a position where you will do a lot of event planning, consider purchasing some of the necessary (or just really helpful!) pieces of planning equipment which you will use often.
If you only plan events once in a while but definitely profit from the use of event planning equipment, consider borrowing or renting the tools rather than purchasing them. It will probably save you on cost and storage space.
