Executive Coaching is a job field in which a person is encouraged and challenged to grow as a business executive by another person who knows how to facilitate growth in that particular area of business. Executive Coaching offers executives another person’s point of view and perspective that allows them to see what they wouldn’t necessarily see themselves. It allows them to think beyond the goals they have set for themselves and reach a little bit higher and expect a little bit more out of themselves.
