If someone on either end of the spectrum gets angry with you for something you did not do, do not take it personally. Deal with the problem as best you can to work it out and move on.
Never turn down an opportunity to learn as much as you can about the latest and newest benefits plans. Also, don't forget to brush up on the older ones.
Make sure you take time for yourself. Take short ten minute breaks every couple of hours to replenish yourself. This will help your stress level and will help to do your work at your fullest potential.
