  • Read the software’s system requirements to be sure it will work on your computer.

  • Many of the call center software packages allow you to demo the product online before you actually make a decision regarding the purchase of the software. This gives you the chance to see if it is right for your company before purchasing the application.

  • Most of the call center software applications give you support with a toll-free telephone number through which you can speak to a help desk or customer service representative. Most also supply you with an e-mail address which can be used to submit questions or issues regarding the software.

  • Many companies offer a 30 day trial period in which you can use their software and determine whether it is right for your individual company. If you determine that it does not work for you, return the software within that 30 period and be refunded your purchase price.

  • A good call center software package will allow you to adapt their solutions to your individual business needs rather than having to adapt your business to their software package.
